 Ingredients & Material list:

Fresh Salmon eggs
Egg Cure Mix

(We recommend Procure Egg Cure, mixed half with Borax laundry soap)
Scissors
Drying Rack
Cool Dry Area

Cut your fresh salmon eggs, with scissors so they are only one layer thick, and lay them on a drying rack.  The eggs will need to cure in a cool, dry area.  Then sprinkle your egg cure over the eggs and allow to dry for 6hrs.  After  6hrs, flip eggs over and sprinkle again allow to dry for another 3-4 hrs or until they are rubbery.
