Beautiful Copper River

Click on picture for description of a trip of a Lifetime!

The Copper River is the largest and most significant river in south central Alaska.  It drains the Copper River Basin which is nestled on the western side of the Wrangell Mountains.

It is these mountains which inspired the creation of the Wrangell/St. Elias Park and Preserve  twenty years ago by the United States Government.  Rafting the Copper gives a true Alaskan wilderness experience.  All types of water from slow moving flat to wildly rushing white may be experienced on this river.  Our five to ten day wilderness Copper River floats give numerous opportunities for experiencing Alaska's wildlife, huge canyons, glaciers, spring avalanche activity (from safe distances), and many more world class sights and sounds which create incredible  surrealistic impressions in the mind.
